Shipping policy
Domestic shipping
Standard (5–7 business days, free over $99), Express (2–3 days, $19), Overnight (next business day, $39). Orders placed before 2pm local time ship the same day.
International shipping
We ship to 60+ countries via DHL Express. Transit times of 4–10 business days. Duties, taxes, and customs fees are calculated at checkout where supported.
Order tracking
Tracking is provided for every shipment. Use your order ID at /track or follow the link in your confirmation email.
Damaged in transit
Photograph any damage on arrival and contact support within 48 hours. We'll arrange a replacement immediately.
