30-day window
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return for any reason. The product must be in its original condition with all included accessories.
How to start a return
Sign in, go to your order history, and click ‘Return or report a problem’. We'll generate an RMA number and a prepaid label within minutes for eligible items.
Refund timeline
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–5 business days of us receiving the return. We'll email you the moment it's processed.
Defective items
If a product arrives defective, we'll cover return shipping and ship a replacement immediately — no need to wait for the return to arrive.
Non-returnable items
Software downloads, redeemed gift cards, and personalised items are non-returnable. Hygiene products (e.g. earbuds) must be unopened.
